Responsibilities

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora ambassador. You will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and leading your team to drive sales. As the Store Manager, you will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants.

  • Dream to build, coach and inspire a team of talented Pandorians, fostering accountability for store performance by providing real-time feedback and guidance to help the team achieve KPI goals.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilise your expertise across talent, brand, operations, and customer experience to ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment and are a results-oriented leader.
  • You communicate with care in both written and verbal form and can connect with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • You bring strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • You are a talent magnet with skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; succession planning and internal mobility.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
