Job Description
We are a newly opened hotel in Middleburg Heights, currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts,
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established quality and sanitation standards.
Change bed linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, and dust furniture to maintain guest room cleanliness.
Replenish guest room amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and coffee supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
Collaborate with fellow team members to provide a seamless guest experience and maintain high levels of cleanliness.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing housekeeping duties.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or residential setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
