We're Hiring a Project & Quality Management Intern!

Start Date- September 2025

End Date- December 2025 (with possibility to extend)

Pay rate- $15/hour

Schedule - Business hours up to 25 hours/week; flexible based on school schedule.

Location- Wakefield, MA

Student must be in a current college or university internship program.

You'll also get a chance to sit down with senior executives, learn about their background and dig a little deeper into how they got where they are today while they share advice on things that helped them along the way.

You will also be joining and socializing with a great group of interns just like you!

As a Project and Quality Management Intern, you will be supporting the Virtual PCI Product Team to ensure all processes and procedures are met to full expectancy. You will support quality management work efforts from a product delivery perspective. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in business administration, project management or quality management.

YOU'LL GET TO...

  • Support client team members and provide administrative support
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of tracking systems
  • Show off your rockstar multi-tasking abilities by taking on different projects and tasks as needed
  • Support department and provide administrative support
  • Respond to team member questions and requests
  • Assist in developing additional templates, processes, workflows, etc.
  • Attend project meetings
  • Updating training materials as necessary
  • Assist the Operations and Analytics department in project management reporting
  • Assist project team members with department deliverables in project plan
  • Ensure project team members are following defined project management process
  • Perform data collection and analysis to include focus group leading and reporting

  • Is currently enrolled in a business related major
  • Focus in Quality Management is a plus
